Homevista Decor And Furnishings Private Limited - Compensation for Delayed Delivery

I had booked Interior Contract with Homelane brand on **-March-****.
*. The Design, Design QC, Work Contracts have all been Signed-off by **-July-****.
*. The final payment was made on **-August-****.
*. Site Readiness Checklist was done on *-August-****.
*. Modular Fittings was completed on **-August-****.
*. Complete Wallpaper unit was arrived on **-September-****.
*. Installation of Wallpaper was completed on **-September-****.
According to the Homelane Contracts on Delivery Guarantee, my project scope comes under **+** Days of Guarantee. My Project scope is categorised under Type B, which includes: Modular Furniture, Standard Electrical works and Wallpaper installation.
The promised date was calculated from the date of sign-off is *-September-****. However, All the scope got completed on **-September-****. In case of delay homelane has promised to pay ****/day as rental. The compensation has not been provided and they are denying with a reason that one electrical fitting was made under customer scope.
I have made the electrical fitting changes before handing over my site to their installation team.
