- Not picking up mobile for repairing since last 25 days Open
I registered a complain for mobile repairing on ** nov **** and still they didn't pick my mobile. I got the mail on ** nov in which they mentioned pick up schedule and air way bill no of blue dart. I contacted to blue dart representative on ** nov and they told me shipper has cancelled my pick up . when I asked to jeeves, they told me, I cancelled my pick up and delivery boy was unable to contact me. These all are pathetic excuses because blue dart told me that they didn't sent delivery boy for pick up. After that I have written ** mails to jeeves, and I didnt get any satisfactory reply from them In each reply, they told your complain has been forwarded to concerned team and they will contact you shortly, Kindly wait. Also on phone conversation, they tell, your problem has been escalated to concerned team, Kindly wait ** hours. Jeeves are delaying the pick up and I also paid processing fees *** rs. My claim id is AD***********. I request you kindly take strict action on these types of ridiculous services.
