- Not opening of air bag Open
My i** Asta met to a major accident on **/**/** near Pune. I filed a complaint to Hyundai on **/**/***- No is ********** for same i.e. "Why Airbag was not get opened". It was a lethal accident may be life taking for me. Hyundai not taking seriously my complaint after repetitive follow up no response from Hyundai. My vehicle booked total loss from my insurance company.
I have given so many calls to customer care and mail on there customer care mail id. Every time they promised for a response within **-** hrs. However, to date, I didn't receive any single response. I am exploring possibilities for legal action.
