Dear Sir/Mam,
This is Sachin Shiradkar who is resident of Nanded has purchased my *st new Car Grand i-** sports *.* in Oct **** mentioning the Chassis No: MALA***CLKM****** & Engine No: G*LAKM****** car was purchased from “Ishanya Motors –Pune”. I have paid huge money of my saving as a trust to this brand and expected it to be the best experience of mobility to me and my family. But after my *st Service as per the SOP done at “Ishanaya Motors-Pune” which was done at
I shifted to Nanded for my job and since then I started facing the issue of “Engine Lights continuously Blinked Open on my dashboard”. - Issue was discussed with Hyundai Authorized Service station on multiple times since **-Dec-**** but they failed to avail any service and comfort to me and even gave me an experience of “Accessory being picked without permission from my car”
Post Issue LVisiting to Sujay Enterprises –Nanded
v *st Visit to the Authorized Station: - **-Dec-**** – Things were explained to the service manager –Outcome: - they resolved it with scanning but after *nd day again the problem started.
v *nd Visit to the Authorized Station:-*-Jan-**** – Revisited the Station where the service guys again checked and couldn’t give me any solution and engine Blinker again started showing continuously on my dashboard .They Committed that there is some spare parts need to be changed (Sensor) for which they would want a revisit from my side as it was under warranty and they had to get it from Hyundai under warranty.
v *rd Visit to the authorized :-*-March-** :- Visited the station again where they called me to change the Under warranty spare sensor – My Vehicle was with the Service station for * days for the fit – where they even misplaced my “Pen drive from my car” and were unwilling to claim if they have kept with them while servicing .
v *th Visit :- **th June ** :- The problem again persistently remained the same and this time they kept the vehicle for another * days – again they couldn’t resolve the problem and suggested again to change the sensor which they ordered again and asked me to come on **th June .
v *th Visit: - on **th June again called me to change the sensor and post that also the problem couldn’t be resolved.
VI *th Visit- on **th July again vehicle parked for * days at dealer counter on same issue and hand over the vehicle on **th July with insisting me to give ** rating.....
Now they suggesting about pls show the vehicle to other dealer as it shows about how the technical quality of Hyundai and his dealers..
In all of these visits to the Service station the things I have faced is Humiliating and unsatisfying. I have taken this vehicle for myself but my entire fuel goes within keeping the vehicle at service station and with no result .- I am skeptical if something happens to the engine of my new car in this test and trial of the Service station I shall get the claim on that .
With all these visits the company trained professional and the team is unable to solve my problem .- With due respect I would request you to kindly look into it on priority. I have been trying to reach my dealer as well but the response from the Hyundai guys is coming out to be careless .
