We bought tickets from Yatra in Dec **** for a trip on May ** to Budapest and Prague. The tickets were issued by Jet Airways but the flight is operated by Air France.
On **th March **** with all the problems with Jet, we got in touch with Yatra to check if we should cancel and rebook our tickets. They assured us that the flight was operated by a partner airlines there is no cause for concern.
Subsequently, on **th April we got to know from a completely different source that our tickets were cancelled. The flight btw is still operational only our tickets were cancelled.
Yatra never informed us of any cancellations and now we are having to book tickets at higher prices.
It shows:
*) Complete abject lack of responsibility on part of Yatra.
*) Complete lack of ownership on part of Yatra.
*) Complete process failure on part of Yatra.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
