Icici Lombard Gic Ltd - Not giving the claim as promised by sales team

I had travelled from India to Dubai on **th December **** with the valid insurance buy ICICI Lombard and on **th December I was diagnosed by covid but * they are not responding properly and while over the call they are committing something else and over the email they are writing something different repeatedly they had asked me the same document which I was sending them and the day before my visa was expiring they had started requesting hard copy of my medical evidences which was discontinued by government of Dubai during the pendimic time.
Over the email I had written to them about the concern and requested them Tu to request document before **th January because after that I would be travelling back to India and I won't be able to communicate Dubai health authority for the more and I had told there this to them on *rd January **** but they are repeatedly avoiding my emails and calls on the top of the this! When I required cashless support from their partner they were not responding to my calls at the Midnight of **th December ****
