My car infotainment system screen was damaged by child and I lodged the claim as claim No. MOT******** vide Policy No.****/*/RE-********/**/*** which has been registered with ICICI Lombard on **/**/****.
Since more than ** Days has passed but there is no any update from the Insurance Company.
It is pertinent to mention that the damaged part has been taken by the company's representative.
