Icici Lombard Gic Ltd - Health insurance policy cancelled by insurer

I hold a "Complete Health Insurance" policy issued by ICICI Lombard on August **, ****. The policy number is ****i/iHA/*********/**/*** for a coverage of Rs. * Lakhs. I paid a premium of Rs. **** per annum. On November **, ****, the company unilaterally canceled the policy without my consent and without serving me a notice. I escalated the issue to their service team who assured me that the policy would be reissued but I received an email from the company that the policy has been canceled. I did not request the company to cancel the policy. The company, on its own, canceled the policy. I request you intervene and initiate disciplinary action against the company for deficiency of service and for canceling the policy without my consent.
The company sent me an email later that a refund of Rs. ***** was made to my account, but I am yet to receive the amount. The company is guilty of canceling my health insurance policy without intimating me and defrauding me of Rs. *****. As a result, I am now left with no health insurance policy in these uncertain times.
