I had made payment of Rs. ******/- on ** april ****. But didn’t like the class as teachers were absent without intimation and even the teaching was not up to the mark. In the month of may on ** nd may **** i had raised a ticket about cancellation of the course.
These planetspark people are so ignorant about this and taking too much time to process the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
