I have paid an advance of Rs **** for booking to the property as booking advance on **-th March. However, the property was unable to accommodate me. They told me that the reservation is subject to availability. Hence, I requested to cancel the booking. Even if the cancellation was free of charge, I did not get the refund till date. I have submitted all the supporting documents (including the bank statement) long ago and done multiple follow ups. But all were in vain. Please provide me the advance amount I had paid to the property.
