I had my booking at OYO ***** Alpine Glow Crest Secunderabad on **st Aug ** with Pay at property option. When I reached hotel, manager of hotel informed me about there is a construction going on and they cannot assign me a room and later he said all the booking are full, He was clearly Lying and had given the rooms from other means. I did call OYO customer but customer care just apologies for Situation and gave some really poor lodges to book which were away from current location.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
