I received message from "Air Asia" that my flight(I*-****) has been cancelled and i can either reschedule
to another flight or get a full refund by contacting your travel agent. I have tried calling MMT many times but could not connect to the flight department. So i have requested the other department to transfer my call to flight department which they did not have the option.
They have raised my concern almost * times by writing the email from their side to flight department to contact me in **hrs but i did not get any calls.As my travel date is getting near I need the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.Please help me.
