Hi,
I have taken Owner Comprehensive Property Management Service Relax plan from NoBroker for finding tenants for my flat. I was told that i will get the tenants within two weeks of subscribing to the plan as my property is located in very good area and many people wants to visit the property.
However even after almost * weeks they were not able to finalize any tenants. However meanwhile i was approached by a tenants who wanted to take the flat on rent immediately and hence i agreed and rented out the flat. The rent registration was done directly by the renter and he paid deposit to be directly.
As per the Nobroker refund policy if i get the tenant directly then from any other sources apart from NoBroker with similar details mentioned on NoBroker, the amount of *,*** will be refunded to the owner.
Hence after that i approached Nobroker for the refund but after multiple followups they are not willing to refund the amount citing that nobroker has listed the property and tenant came by looking the ad. However my tenant directly contacted my for renting the property and nobroker is no way managing the property as per their plan.
Hence i want to file a complaint against nobroker so that they refund my plan amount.
