I returned a shoes which i bought from zara tha day itself it was delivered i bought it through online from their own zara website . It was **th of june , that the shoes was picked up for return , it's almost ** days from returned and i haven't got my refund yet . I have been complaining about it through their customer care service and I haven't responded properly . Running one of the biggest clothing shop and where is the professionalism
