Vikash kumar filed complaint against Oyo on May 13, 2019
Today on ** May I have booked Oyo hotel embassy and cancelled the booking due to some circumstances and the location of the hotel which is not nearby the station. I have cancelled the booking without check-in within an hour but I didn't get my refund and the policies of the hotel are shown that full refundable is only when you will cancel the booking on ** May before ** pm. I have booked on ** May and there is no information about the non refundable current booking. So please kindly help me on this issue.
