Oda class is an online tuition class. We paid Rs. ***** for one year course on **/**/****.
As per their (Odd class) refund policy that they will give us have ***% refund if we don't wish to attend the course and ask refund before * days.
My son did not want to attend the online course and hence I decided to cancellation subscription.
Their Customer call number was not responding (+** ********** ; +** ***** *****) hence I contacted mentor teacher Adhi on **/**/**** (M; **********) and Nishant (M: **********) for refund but they said we are not responsible.
I have also sent an email to support@pigeonedu.com / support@odaclass.com for enrolment cancellation. I have received a reply to email on dated **/**/**** to share the bank details. I have shared our bank details on **/**/**** in reply to the received mail. I am daily following the mentor teacher for a refund but they are not responding. No one is looking into this matter. I want my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
