- Not getting my Itemised Call details of my number Open
Hi, past *-* months I’m following up with idea customer care & raised it with CEO too to provide my itemised call details (incoming & outgoing) for my number - May & June **** month but they are repeating the same that they can’t provide due to unlimited plan wherein Vodafone is providing to their customer for unlimited plan. I required my bill details as I got some JOB opportunities call during that month & I couldn’t save it & I don’t have their email I’d to contact. Please help. It’s very urgent.
