I booked one way outstation ride on Sunday ** July **** with CRN no ********** with phone pe as payment mode. Initial estimate was showing **** rs. for *** km. The real shock was when trip completed and I pay **** rs. for a total of *** km. I got a trip complete SMS as well saying total distance travelled ***.** km. but it was *** km. When I called ola support to ask why the higher fare. Ola support said that it was done by ola bymistakelly and said ola support call you to share bank details for refund money within ** hr, but no any call or reply. How can we travelled more than estimated because ride start km was ****** at **.** am and end km ****** at *.** pm so my total km was *** but ola invoice showing ***.**. according to google map or ola app round trip or km from Pune, chikhali to Lonavala was *** km. also ola app or support changes and saying location in invoice as khondagewadi, Lonavala that location round trip or km was not ***.** km. Whose mistake is it how? Why should customer pay for your glitches? Kindly help me to get this refund and get my *** rs.
