Amazon Online Shoping - not delivery in time and waste of my time and money

my name tirupathi rao s/o kotaiah i am booked date: **-**-**** epson l*** ink tank printer in amazon online shopping with bajaj finserv emi option. they delivery time is **-**-***. but not delivery till **-**-****. they says your phone problem. it is not true because **-**-**** to **-**-**** many times i call by amazon customer care and alternative no. also. but they not call. i have call records also. i am cancelled my order because of loss of my business (village elections running now). another shop ask same bajaj finserv card emi first cancel the previous (amozon ) emi Option it will take * working days money refunded. so you will take after that.
Please take a nessessary action and help me
