Amazon Online Shoping - refrigerator not deliverd

i had ordered whirlpool *** l * star refrigerator sold by seller named cloud tail on amazon .i had purchased this on **st march **** and it was suppose to get delivered on ** march.in mumbai lockdown has started on **th march and our item was not yet dispatched til ** march so we were waiting for the lockdown to get over and was expecting our product to get deliver aftre the non-essential item were permitted for delivery. but there was no update from amazon and we were trying to contact by call and chat but they were not responding.when we were calling from the same account regarding this order the call was getting disconnected with in two to three second and when we were trying to call from some other account the call was getting connected.our whole summer and lockdown period went without the fridge and we were paying emi for the same and were not able to use the product first time in my life we went through this kind of situation which was really disappointing. now after trying for end number of times our call finally got connected and the person gave us only one resolution to cancel the order and take the refund because according to them its not in stock.but we have seen the same model in stock two days back. now the question arises that if the product was in stock from the same seller so why they didnt deliver it to us and was showing in stock on site when we asked this question to them the cce did not had any answer its highly disappointing will never buy from amazon again.
