We ordered in hotel vairam via zomato app and made online payment we waited for more than */* hour and then received a message from zomato that our order was cancelled because of not able to reach our phone and they can't able to refund our money.If it is not reachable you people can't able to call me again or text me for my another number.then i chated with zomato there also no response received.is this is the way you treat your customers?? Feeling very bad about zomato.again a request to you tell me the way to get my money back.
