Amazon.in - Not delivered and arrogant

This is a very horrible position i am going through amazon. Which will never make my mind to come back to amazon again. I hereby inform you that your employees are fit for nothing they support each others, they won’t let there team out i have spoke to several members and where no one could help me out! I ordered on **-**-**** and have been still waiting to receive the delivery no manager no supervisor are helping me out. While talking to these many members mohammed was rude at me ashwin did not follow back the issue and made fake promises and your courier manager told one of your supervisors that i cannot deliver the package till ** or **-**-**** of this month and told to avoid me and not make any promises for me. Soo as of now i have paid also and should sit idle without any help everyday is a new day atleast they should make efforts to send. your courier manager tells me that his package is somewhere i need more than * to * hours to get his package and he does not want even to search for it firstly the first delivery was fraud.
