Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited - NOT CLOSING PERSONAL LOAN AFTER F F PAYMENT

I had a personal loan with Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited with Loan A/C No. S*********. On **/**/**** I settled that loan by paying ₹***** to the company. After that from August **** I went to their * offices in Kolkata & tried to meet their officers as well as sent them mails several times to repay the settled amount and to get the NOC. I got a reply in mail on **th Sep, **** that in order to clear CIBIL Remark on my account, I need to deposit amount of ₹***** to their mentioned account number through NEFT/RTGS and I have to share the UTR Number for updation of their records. I paid that amount on *st Oct, **** and sent them a mail attaching the NEFT Receipt of that payment. But they do not bother to acknowledge the payment even after completing ** days. Then, I mailed them to get an update but they told me that Loan Account number is not correct. I would like to request you please issue me a Loan Closure Letter and NOC in my mail ID and update the same to CIBIL.
