With Reference To Allotment Of Flat @ Mahira Affordable Homes Sector **, I Had Filled The Application In March **** Through There Authorized Agency AXIOM LANDBASE PVT.LTD And I Was Allotted Unit # C **** In Tower C Through Lucky Draw Conducted On *st May ****,
Once The Allotment Was Done I Approached AXIOM LANDBASE PVT.LTD To Help Me In Getting Home Loan For Which They Connected Me To INDIABULLS.
Loan Got Sanctioned Within ** Days Of Submitting Papers (Sanction Letter Attached).
As Per Their Instructions, I Had Handed Over PDC’S For Deduction Of Interest. (Copy Of Bank Statement Stating The Same Attached)
As The Disbursement Was Construction Linked The Same Was Supposed To Happen Towards Sai Aaina Farms As Per There Demand And The Same Happened After Some Of The Followups (Was Not That Smooth As It Should Be But The *th Disbursement Never Happened Inspite So Many Rigorous Followups

Sai Aaina Farms Sent Me Cancellation Notice Without Any Formal Communication.
Even After Writing Few Mails Involving INDIABULLS HOUSING, There Is No Revert From The Builder's End.
Further On This Mahira Has Put My Property On Resale Without Resolving The Issue.
I Would Like To File Complaint Against Both The Parties And Seek Proper Compensation
