I took a home loan from Indiabulls Housing Finance at a floating rate of interest which was linked to a benchmark called IMLR. The interest rates could change only if there is a change in IMLR as per the agreement. After * months the company increased the rate of interest without any increase in the IMLR. This has resulted in a loss of * lac rupees to me.
