I booked a Air India flight ticket for **th July **** from Madurai to Chennai AI-*** on **th February **** through Goibibo app.. Passengers total * adult and * child which fares Rs.**** and it is partially refundable ticket.. Due to Corona pandemic we couldn't go to madurai on fixed date and stayed at Chennai itself.. So I am cancelling my ticket repeatedly but it always shows booking confirmed and refunded yet.. Refund charges shows Rs.**** for Air India and Rs.*** for Goibibo.. Staying at Chennai how can we travel from Madurai..
