The law books send by Allahabad agency on ** may **.
yesterday ** may ****, @ *.**, I received call from your delivery person, informing that he is near electronic city and deliver the consignment

I was waiting, but I could see the message
Customer refused in your tracking history.

This is absolutely fraudulent. I am very much waiting for law books.

Requesting to deliver without any further delay and stories.

Hope ecom express shouldn't lose the brand value and ethics with these lapse of performance of delivery representatives.
