- NONREFUND OF THE EDUCATIONAL LOAN ^Open

I had decided to take an educational loan for my child for a course through whitehat junior through the loan agency gray quest. (Grayquest education finance, educational loan application number: ****** ).
Accordingly, the monthly has been debited wef Feb ****. Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, I had to discontinue the said course, which I had conveyed to Whitehat Junior through email as on ** May ****. I received a reply from them on ** Jun **** for acknowledging the same and initiation of the foreclosure of the refund and assured us the ** days of period for credit.
On ** Jun **** I received the mail from Whitehat Junior about the payment of the foreclosure amount (Rs **,***.**) to the loan partner and the loan foreclosure is in process, hence asked us about the bank details, which i provided immediately.
Again, on ** Jul **** we received a mail from Whitehat Junior about the initiation of the refund for Rs **,*** and assured us the credit at earliest.
Since then, there is no credit of the said amount and there has been ongoing monthly debit of the amount from my bank account, despite of the stoppage of the said course May **** onwards.
There have been repeated phone calls on this subject to Whitehat Junior and the loan agency (Grayquest) without any favourable result.
On ** Oct ****, after the mailing enquiry to the loan agency about the refund, it was intimated to me that they did not receive the admission cancellation confirmation and the refund from the Whitehat institute and asked me the refund UTR no. of refund from Whitehat Junior.
After this, I had called the Whitehat Junior on a number of occasions without any favourable action. I had mailed on ** Oct **** to founder and CEO of Whitehat Junior and multiple online associates. There has been no response from them, apart from allotting the case number ********.
The debit from my bank account is still continuing.
This is a blatant display of non-professionalism and mental and financial harassment to the customers with the discourteous behaviour on the part of the organisation and staff. The further internet survey on this aspect from Whitehat Junior revealed that there have multiple complaints on the same subject for various pleaders and this appears to be a well manipulated fraud.

I herewith request you to take the cognizance of the same and i request you to help me to get my refund with the interest on it.
