White hat junior - Bank installment issue

Sir hamne white hat Jr ki free class July **** me attend Kari thi and phir hamne classess lene ke liye apply Kiya aur hamne sari formalities pH ke through karke online classes ke liye apply kar diya . Isme unhone ***** fees batayi thi usme se ***** ka tablet online Aya tha jiska payment hamare bank account se cut raha tha tablet ki emi complete ho gayi aur hamne network issue ke karan classes cancel karwa di thi ek bhi class join nahi ki thi. but hamari abhi wapas se emi cut gayi e -mail send Kiya to *to * days ke liye kaha ki check karte h aur abhi Tak koi reply nahi aya wapas se e mail Kiya to bataya ki address galat h sir please bataye ki hame kya karna chahiye . Jo bhi no hamre pass the wo ya lag nahi rahe ya business account bata rahe h .please help us hamare msg white hat Jr ki team tak send hi nahi ho rahe h . Dubara trial class lene ki try ki to already registered bata raha h .please help us what should we do ?
