White hat junior - Coding Classes withheld

We have registered for online coding classes for my son. Few classes happened and teacher was assgined to us. But as the teacher has not been paid by the company she wrote to the company and informed us that she would not be able to continue any more classes. After multiple attempts to reach support@whitehatjr.com through email and phone (***********) we got no response from them.
