i had booked a hotel thru goibibo.com and money was debited from my account instantly, but on checking in the hotel refused to honor the booking and i was made to pay upfront on all the days charges.but , goibibo.com wont refund my money inspite of repeated request thru their customer no action has been initiated yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
