My order is showing as delivered with OTP verification in Flipkart app and I've received several confirmation emails regarding the delivery, but I haven't yet received the order. Neither have I shared the OTP with anyone. I had tried contacting the delivery person to check the status of delivery, but he was unreachable. I raised an issue regarding this with Flipkart, but they're not providing any updates on this and are keeping on delaying the resolution date for the issue (earlier they said **th, now they're saying **th). Their customer service executives are unhelpful and are not complying with any requests for updates. They're not even willing to cancel the order and issue a refund, saying the order is showing up as "Delivered" on their end.
