- NonDelivery of order Open
I have placed * orders:

Today is **-**-****, and I am still awaiting to receive my purchases!
So I was told that the company, Turmswear, had a technical glitch in their internal systems when I contacted them for non-delivery of my orders. They assured me that the product will be dispatched as they overcome the technical error. I kept on following up with them for over a couple of months, and I was given an assurance that it'd be dispatched. I raised several tickets with the customer care and they were helpful and also finally gave me a Delhivery tracking number assigned for my orders bearing Tracking ID's ************* & ************* respectively.
Then come the **th of Feb ****, my last telephonic conversation with Turmswear, I was once again assured that the dispatch will be made asap and their technical error has been resolved. Unfortunately, after that day I have neither received any communication nor have I received my order, and what makes it worse is that the contact numbers of the brand isn't reachable anymore. I try to make calls daily to Turmswear on their registered contact details but I am unable to get through them, they do not even revert to emails. Their website chat mechanism isn't responsive either. Finally, I approached Delhivery to understand what the status of my parcel is? And to my utter dismay they mentioned that the merchant hasn't handed over the parcel to Delhivery and repeated attempts were made to do the same but to no avail.
Then I got the feeling that either the brand has gone bust or their pulling off a huge scam. I have nowhere to approach and resolve this issue, hence putting up the details of my incident with Turmswear. It pains me to register a complaint having been an extremely loyal customer of the brand in the past, but this experience was just too bad and there is something fishy so needed assistance.
I hope to either receive my order or a refund at the earliest.
