Turmswear - Fraud Turmswear.com is not giving refund

Hi,
I bought * trousers from Turmswear.com for Rs.**** (Rs.**** +*** shipping charges). I got a worst quality product so I decided to return it. I returned it and asked for the refund. They sent me one message that your refund has been done and added to your bank but I did not receive the refund. Also they just refunded the product price, not the shipping charges. When asked they straight away denied and refused to refund the shipping charges also. My question is, why I have to pay the shipping charges when it's totally company's fault. Also they sent false refund message that the amount has been added to your bank.
I want my Money back. Period!
