Respected sir,
I have purchased a T-shirt from your TURMS Application on **/**/**** vide Order No.#****** and already paid the amount of Rs.***.**.
The screenshot of the order is also attached herewith for your reference.
In this regard I have made protracted correspondences with the authority. However no response is received yet.
Kindly send me the T-Shirt or refund my amount at the earliest.
