CUSTOMER HAS BEEN ASKED TO BEAR DEPRECIATION COST @**% FOR THE FAULTY REFRIGERATOR WITH INTERNAL COOLING GAS LEAKAGE WHICH HAS BEEN DECLARED NON REPAIRABLE BY THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE. PRODUCT WAS DISCHARGING FOUL SMELL AND MAKING WEIRD NOISE FROM THE DAY IT WAS INSTALLED. PRODUCT COSTED AROUND *****/INR. HOW CAN A CUSTOMER BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FAULT WHEN THE EXPERTS ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE IT. KINDLY HELP IN RESOLVING IT AS EITHER THEY REPLACE IT WITH A NEW FRESH NON FAULTY PRODUCT OR REFUND FULL AMOUNT.
