Sir, I have installed excitel Broadband vide Bill No. *** dated **/**/**** at House No. **(c) room No. ***, Khilli Ram Complex, Munirka New Delhi( Internet package Rs. ****/- Router security deposit Rs. ****/-). On **/**/**** I have shifted in Govt Accommodation in Gurugram. I have talked/lodged complaints two times to install above package in my New Accommodation or refund me my whole amount after deducting the cost of data I have used but customer care/Excitel Staff not responding. Kindly do the needful pse. my Mobile No. **********
