After cancellation my air ticket PNR-RIQMRE dated **.**.** from Chennai to Kolkata due to disruption of normal operation of Kolkata airport and corona issue they are not refunding me the full amount. The ticket has been booked through www.makemytrip.com and the booking ID is- NF**************. Ticket has been directly cancelled with Spice Jet.
