Enrol. No. ********* - MAPC. I have been pursuing IGNOU to send my Grade Card/Provisional Certificate and have written mails to everyone from Registrar to SED deparment. Have visited their office many times. No one picks up the telephone and I am told it will be sent to me via mail. Till now no result and I need my certificates urgently for getting admission for further studies.
