Its been ** days i have been waiting for getting refund from ignou.. I cancelled from MA English programme with in ** days according to their policy they should refubd our money by deducting a charge or *** if asked with in ** days. I have sent mails and their response was to wait for ** days.. I got main reply on ** july and today is October ** and still not refunded.. They don't respond through calls i need my money back
