Sir I am Gaurav Saraswat studying in program BAPSH from IGNOU whose enrollment number is-**********. I had submitted the assignments of all the subjects in the third year of my program on time. But the assignment numbers of one subject (BPSC ***) out of all the subjects of the third year have not been updated yet, due to which I am not able to take admission in any program for higher education even after passing all the subjects of my program. I have lodged complaint several times and also informed about my problem to the regional center through e-mail but till now I have not got any help.
