Happy fares - Non Issuance of my Refund by HappyFares

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Happy Fares for failing to process my refund for a flight booked through their platform. My booking was made under a group booking ticket with Akasa Air, but due to unforeseen circumstances, specifically heavy rainfall and flooding in my area of departure, I was unable to board the flight. Upon explaining the situation to Akasa Air, they acknowledged my issue and were kind enough to issue a full refund. Akasa Air also provided me with official communication confirming that the refund had been processed and would be credited to the agent (Happy Fares) within ** hours. Despite this, Happy Fares has refused to refund my money, claiming that they have not received any refund from the airline. It has been an extremely frustrating experience, and after numerous calls and communications with Happy Fares, I am feeling utterly helpless and dejected. They have shown a complete lack of cooperation and have delayed issuing my rightful refund for no valid reason. Their behavior leads me to believe that this agency engages in unethical practices, potentially scamming customers under the guise of being a legitimate travel service provider. I suspect that Happy Fares, which appears to be based in Guwahati, Assam, is involved in fraudulent activities. Their refusal to provide a resolution, even after clear communication from the airline, raises concerns about their business practices. I believe this issue should be flagged to prevent other customers from being victimized in the same way. I urge the relevant authorities to take immediate action against Happy Fares and ensure that I, along with any other affected customers, receive our refunds promptly. Their conduct is unacceptable, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this complaint.
