We booked a flight through happyfares but just before * day of my travel we received a call stating that he is calling from happy fares and told the flight is delayed and later right after the call ends we tried calling on the same number which has no incoming availability on that number then we called happy fares customer care number and explained this to them and later we cancelled the ticket and ask for refund they agreed and even confirmed on call that i will recieve full refund however it's been ** days and no refund processed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
