- Non delivery of TV after repairing Closed

When our Sony LED TV did not work properly in January, we lodge a complaint. Three days after we were told its backlight needs replacement, else it is fine. We agreed, it was presumably changed. We paid a bill of Rs ****/. There was a ** days warranty as printed on cash memo.
The same problem cropped up again on **.*.**. Most of the service centre phones were not functional. We could contact one person on **.*.**. We were told to send the bill of Jan ** repair. After that, they asked to send a video recording. We could not do that because TV was just not working. We were told expenditure of Rs. **** + visit charges Rs. ***. After daily reminders, TV was picked for repairs on **.*.**. On *.*.** around * pm, we were told TV is OK now except a vertical line. To repair that panel box shall be changed, it is optional, cost about ****. We did not agree with replacement.
Concerned engineer Mr Rishi Kumar said TV shall be delivered 'tomorrow' i.e. on *.*.**. It has not been sent till now (*.** pm) of *.*.**. I have lost wages of * days, this time only. My total loss is * days' wages + harassment since ** March **. We all have a plan going out for one week. The mob of Mr Rishil Kumar **********.
