- Non delivery of stuffs and raising self return request Open
This is about the pathetic experience with max fashion. I ordered a list of ** items on *nd November amounting a total of **** bucks. After **days I got a call from max fashion stating that you might get delivery of items in **hrs or will refund the amount. When I asked that after waiting for ** days ,I want items to be delivered.
And when I asked the reasons, they stated covid scenario. For that I would say,I m using other sites as well and I am getting things on time from them. And if you guys don't deliver things to my address, u should have informed earlier.
Later today I got a message stating your return request has been processed which I never raised. I mean at least dare to state the actual reason .it was u people who rejected to deliver ,I never raised any return request.
I am attaching the only message I received by them.
This is not about the money , but the time and loyality of an organisation. How casually u treat your customer. I would never complaint, if initially they would have said that we don't deliver in your area.
One thing is for sure I m not going to buy anything from this site ever.thank you for the experience.
