- Non Delivery of Prepaid Product Open
I have place an order (prepaid) for Vanheusen Brown Lace Up Shoes for an amount of Rs. ****/- directly to Vanheusen India online website on ** December ****. The product was shipped with Ecom Express Private Limited and product was scheduled for delivery on ** December ****. There was delay in pickup of the product from Vanheusen Store and delivery was rescheduled by local delivery in Guwahati on ** December ****. However, the product has not been delivered even after * Month since the order was placed. I have made several contact, first contact made on ** December ****., with Ecom Express over telephone as well as Vanheusen India. I have not received any response from VanHeusen India while Ecom Express has informed that the issue will be resolved within ** hours. However, the issue has not been resolved even after ** days from the date of my contact. I have requested from self collection of the product and was given the * contact number and address of their local warehouse. The first contact number was not working. Someone response from the second number but the person denied that she has any assiciation with Ecom Express Pvt., what is worst is that the address of the local warehouse could not be located. I have made several attempt but there is no such office/warehouse. Thereafter, I have made several contact after but each time i was told the issue will be resolved within **-** hours and i need not call again. Till today ** January ****, i have not received my product nor do i received any response from the local delivery centre as well as Vanheusen India.
