*. Courier agent is not willing to deliver the parcel.
*. Demand of money over and above courier charges for delivery( ***inr in advance through google pay).
*. Neither he is sending me the current location of parcel nor he's delivering because(according to him) shortage of workforce.
*.District manager of company is not willing to talk and there is no response from HO or any of the company executive.
Reported the issue to manager as well as executive of Hyderabad, Mumbai (HO) and professional courier, Orai, Uttar Pradesh.
Please look into the matter and deliver the parcel asap.
