Nykaa - Non credit of loyalty points on cancellation of order

I placed an order with Nykaa on **/**/**** that was returned due to wrong delivery address. I had used up reward points worth ***.** rupees in this order . Since the order has been returned, the reward points should be credited back to my account( as clearly stated in their policy). I emailed them regarding the same and also contacted via website. However, they refused to re credit my reward points saying that it’s against their policy. I asked them to share the relevant page and that clearly mentions that in case of cancellation, any loyalty points used up will be recruited within *-* business days.
I’m disgusted with the appalling ignorance and attitude of the customer support. Can’t they read their own policy. More than the money( which is a minuscule amount), these people need to be brought to task.
