I had raised for connection transfer request and they had tat of ** hrs. I had promptly paid *** rs for the transfer request as per their proxess.But without giving connection they closed the ticket.more worse if their customer service team. There is no direct escalation contact or online medium through which customers can communicate. They have chat bot which is pre-designed with few questions beyond which we cannot raise any specific issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
