This company is the real pathetic company in providing services. First they took my money and didnt come for installation for * days. After callimg them multiple times and asking for refund, they installed it. The internet only worked for * days and it stopped. Since then its been a week, I am complaining everyday and their CC is irritating me by saying * hrs and ** hrs timeline to resolve this issue. They are making fun of me on every call and treatjng me like a fool is asking for something. I am hell like tired, not able to get the refund and not even they are providing internet to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
